Dolly gets to suffer

Lady Mercedes creates a living doll to have some fun with her. After she forced her in some real uncomfortable ballet boots she sticks her in a cage where the poor doll is locked away, unable to do something but to present her back for some strict anal training. But poor Dolly has to undergo more of Lady Mercedes dirty tricks until she´s locked away in a metal coffin....
